Question on Auriesville

I am planning on taking my Youth Group to the Shrine of the North American Martyrs in Auriesville, NY this October (actually, we hope to be there on the Feast of St. Isaac). I want to know from those who have been there or who live nearby what else there is to do and see in that region. We are stopping at Niagara Falls on the way home, but that is about five hours away, I think. Are there any other interesting religious or civic/historic site to see within an hour and half drive from Auriesville?

If you're stopping at Niagara Falls anyway, Our Lady of Victory Basilica and National Shrine is in the Buffalo area as well. It's definitely worth looking into if you have the time:

The Pilgrimage for Restoration will be a few weeks before that.
